Biography
Architect Josephine Duval, Irish by birth, English and American educated and French by marriage, brings a truly international vision to her designs. Having obtained diplomas from University of Virginia and Liverpool School of Architecture she moved to Paris to live amidst some of the worlds grandest architecture. One final degree from Paris’ Beaux Art and Josephine was licensed in France as a DPLG.
After 10 years of new construction projects in the public sector, she migrated towards residential renovations, working primarily in the Anglophone community. Her extensive knowledge of French history and design combined with first hand experience of the way Americans live mean her designs offer the best of both worlds; European tradition and Anglo-Saxon efficiency. Josephine lives in Paris with her Corsican husband and two children and is actively involved in many expatriate associations.
